Fulton Underhay was born in Charlottetown, P.E.I., Canada and raised on a family farm in Eglington, P.E.I. He was educated at the Eglington-Bay Fortune School and is a graduate of Souris Regional High School. Fulton is also a graduate of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College, situated in Truro, Nova Scotia. He has farmed with his father, worked in a bank and has been a miner in the Canadian west and north. Fulton worked in Souris, P.E.I. as an insurance broker and is currently a night auditor at a seasonal resort. In his spare time, he is engaged in ancestral research.
